Mindy uses a unique coaching method named the EGCMethod. This method uses horses to help awaken the awareness of the group creating a harmonious team through shared experience.

This type of coaching is impactful. It lasts and it works very quickly. It is not the same old team building you’ve been used to doing. Just so you know, we won’t be riding the horses, so even if you have no horse experience, you can benefit from this type of coaching.

 

Why horses?

Horses don’t judge you the way people do. Their feedback is honest and real and, most of the time, very obvious even to people who have never been near a horse. Through awareness of not only what we do, but also the how, horses have the ability to bring clarity and insights to decisions, motivations and likelihood of following through on commitments.
